The 217 Wharncliffe Medical Solution Clinic is currently undergoing maintenance and will reopen soon.
The doctors are currently operating at their second location.
Effective April 1, we will be taking over Dr. Agunwa’s patients. Please complete and submit the patient application form on our website.
You can drop off your application at Carling Heights, located at 124 Barker Street. You can also drop off your application at
25 Baseline Road next to the pharmacy. Starting in April, we will begin reaching out to all of Dr. Agunwa’s patients who have submitted applications to ensure continuity of care.
